Who am I ?

I’m Zied Youssfi, founder of Next Number Consulting, and a Senior Business Analyst and IT/ICT Consultant with over 10 years of experience.

My career has been built at the intersection of business and technology. I specialize in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams — making sure organizations can stay focused on their core mission while I translate their needs into solutions that technology teams can deliver.

I have been in projects across various industries in Canada, expanding now to have a footprint in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South America, working in industries such as public sector, transportation, retail, manufacturing, food and beverages, forestry, consumer goods and energy. My expertise covers major ERP/CRM platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Workday, JD Edwards, Epicor, and many others

What makes my approach unique is a governance-first mindset. I design workflows and processes that are not only efficient but also audit-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements. This combination of technical, business, and governance skills allows me to deliver projects that succeed both in the boardroom and in day-to-day operations.
