About
Most consultants come from either a pure technical background or purely business operations. I bring both.
My name is Zied Youssfi. I’m a Senior Business Analyst with more than a decade of international experience helping organizations navigate complex digital transformations, ERP implementations, and supply chain optimization.
My career began in supply chain planning and operations management — giving me deep insight into how businesses actually run. I then evolved into business systems analysis and ERP implementation, allowing me to translate business needs into technical requirements that work in the real world.
This dual perspective means I don’t just gather requirements. I understand the operational impact of every decision, anticipate downstream complications, and design solutions that your teams will actually adopt.

How I work
Governance before capability
Roles, ownership, and compliance are installed before any system is configured. Every failed implementation I have ever seen shares the same root cause: capability deployed before governance.
Documented, not improvised
BRDs, FDDs, data dictionaries, traceability matrices, test plans. Every requirement is traceable to a business origin and to a test case. Scope is protected in writing.
Senior on the ground, not narrated from slides
Engagements are delivered by the consultant you hired. No offshore handoff, no pyramid staffing. When you call, you reach the senior who owns the work.
Bilingual delivery, EN and FR
Engagements are delivered fluently in English and French — requirements, workshops, documentation, and regulator-facing artifacts where Canadian-French coverage matters.
